1. Information VoyaMeet receives
When you create an account, VoyaMeet may receive information such as your name, username, email address, country, profile bio and profile image. When you use the community, VoyaMeet also stores content you submit, including posts, comments, chat messages, private messages, reports, business listings, sponsorship requests and contact messages.
2. How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts and community features, display traveler profiles and content, provide destination and business discovery, deliver notifications and messages, prevent abuse, review reports, support business listings, manage sponsorships, answer contact messages and improve VoyaMeet.
3. Public and private information
Traveler profiles, public posts, comments, public chats and approved business listings may be visible to other visitors. Private messages are intended for their participants, but may be reviewed by authorized administrators when reported for safety or moderation reasons.
4. Security and anti-abuse
VoyaMeet uses account sessions, password hashing, moderation controls, blocking, reporting and rate limiting to protect the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Business and sponsored content
Business owners may submit business details, images, links and sponsorship requests. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled and may generate click statistics for service administration and performance measurement.

Terms of Use

1. Using VoyaMeet
You may use VoyaMeet to participate in travel discussions, publish travel-related content, communicate with travelers and discover travel businesses. You are responsible for the content and information you submit.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate registration information, protect your login credentials and do not use another person's account without permission. VoyaMeet may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create safety, fraud or abuse risks.
3. Community content
Do not post unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, deceptive, spammy or rights-infringing content. VoyaMeet may hide content, restrict messaging, resolve reports or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to operate the community.
4. Travel information
Community posts, guides and traveler discussions can become outdated or incorrect. Confirm important details such as visas, laws, safety information, prices, schedules and medical requirements with appropriate official sources before relying on them.
5. Businesses and sponsorships
Approval of a business listing does not guarantee or endorse its service quality. Sponsored placements are advertising and are labeled as sponsored. Business owners are responsible for their offers, claims, links and customer relationships.
6. Changes and availability
VoyaMeet may update features, moderation systems, pricing, policies or these terms as the service develops.

Help make VoyaMeet useful, welcoming and safe for travelers.
Share useful travel information
Post genuine experiences, questions, recommendations and practical tips. Clearly distinguish personal experience from facts you have not verified.
Respect other travelers
No harassment, threats, hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, unwanted personal targeting or attempts to intimidate other community members.
No scams or spam
Do not use posts, chat or private messages for fraud, impersonation, misleading promotions, repetitive spam or suspicious payment requests.
Protect privacy
Do not publish another person's private contact details, passwords, financial information, precise private location or other sensitive personal information without permission.
Use business features for commercial promotion
Travel businesses should use VoyaMeet business listings and sponsored placements rather than disguising advertisements as traveler recommendations.
Report problems
Use VoyaMeet reporting and blocking controls when content or another traveler creates a safety or abuse concern. Admins may hide content or suspend accounts after review.
